Dancers at heart, Roy Munn, Debbie Vidotto and Bill Forshey are proud to own and operate the Possum Creek Dance Hall and Cafe! Your fun is our goal!

Located in the middle of farm country, under huge, beautiful pecan trees, the Possum Creek Dance Hall and Cafe originally opened in Theon, Texas in 1894 as the Theon Cafe. Many members of the local community have strong ties to this great dance hall, mainly because many of their ancestors worked in or operated it over it's 100+ year existence. We would love to recreate Possum Creek's history in pictures and welcome anyone with a piece of history to add a copy to our collection. See the Hours/Map page for contact information.

Join us at Possum Creek, an original Texas Honkey Tonk! With both indoor and outdoor facilities, we are the perfect place for your next party, training session, reception, etc.! We can book any kind of music you like (live or otherwise), we are an historic Texas dance hall with a great air conditioned dance floor, and have a full service cafe where we can cater your event.
